New builds don't often negotiate price but we have been able to get many free upgrades and/or builder concessions. You MUST go with us the 1st time into the sales office and register or the builder will keep the commission and won't allow us to negotiate on your behalf.

We can also show you everything available that has already been bought from the builder. These homes may already have had many things done by the current owner such as rear landscape and window coverings, floor upgrades and kitchen upgrades which can save you thousands.
